Once a month I teach some lovely pensioners in North London a 1 hour dance class. We don't make any profit, if anything we lose money. Tbh the class isn't really about the dancing. It's to help their loneliness, meeting new people 1/3
Talking to a freelance friend yesterday (different industry) who said companies aren’t allowed to dictate freelancer rates, as that would make you a disguised employee. Is publishing the only industry where freelancers don’t get to set their own rates??
