@fmeyrath @realEstateTrent Agree 100%. You lose some sq footage but you can now lease it out at 15 to 30% more per sqft as it is now the all coveted end cap space. Maybe not worth it for a redesign, but definitely would do this for a new construction. Would love to see a case study for a redesign though
