@British_Airways your website is not functioning properly, I've spent 56 minutes on phone to yr call centre assistant who is struggling to make anything work too, whilst trying to book a very simple flight whilst trying to check prices. I'm despairing.
@ChrisGPackham I am a great supporter of your causes, but am very frustrated by your team at Teemills, who I've been waiting for a response from and still haven't got back to me. I don't understand why there's no telephone number I can call?
@marksandspencer I asked YOU a question, you haven't provided ME with the answer. An order has been placed by someone who stole my credit card details and it's due for collection from Finsbury Park branch today. The order number is 301-0064030-1900394.

@marksandspencer I've been urgently trying to contact Finsbury Park branch to tell them that my credit card has been cloned and someone is placing orders (I have order number) - for collection tomorrow. If you can't be bothered to answer your phones then you'll be conned too!
