We’ll be celebrating International Clinical Trials Day tomorrow 17th May. Come meet our friendly Research team 10am-3pm @ Derriford outside the hosp main entrance to learn more about research @UHP_NHS & how to get involved!🥳#BePartOfResearch#ICTD22 @NIHRSW @AnnJamesNHS
Week one as an ICU nurse done, my mind is 🤯 as so much to learn, but love being with my patient and practicing my hands on clinical skills!! Special thanks to my fellow #PUNC16@LouJose1998 for being such a good teacher!
@punc16_sarah Oh bless you hun, thank you so much! Thank you for everything you done, It was so lush working with you!! You done so well and you are an amazing nurse! Make sure you have a good few days rest now! Xxx
@CardiacKimRN I found knowing the expectations of me from a placement the most useful. One of the best placements I had, had a week by week set of goals to achieve as per year of the student and rostered in days for students to spend time with specialist nurses/ departments relevant to place:)
@sjhillyard11@British_Airways Be warned the flight might not get cancelled. We are in the same position due to fly from Gatwick on the 13th and been told even if we can’t enter the country in line with FCO advice, the flights may still go ahead for American travellers and therefore not entitled to a refund :(
@British_Airways Rather than focusing on getting more bookings why aren’t you focusing on those of us who have bookings to red zone areas after the 31st of August that aren’t even entitled to a refund at this present moment!
@British_Airways I think this is appalling; we booked this holiday before the coronavirus even started and we get punished and can’t do anything about it because we booked before the 3rd Of March. All of this worry because the government care more about the economy rather than people’s lives.
@hannahlames1 @WeNurses L&R e-learning... lots of different e learning modules on wound assessments etc... at the end can print off certificates and use it as part of your evidence for your domains.
So lush to gather this afternoon for early Christmas celebrations with the girls. Well needed catch up all together since finishing university and starting as registered nurses. With good teamwork managed to cook up this lovely Buffett #catchups#lifeofnqn#Christmas
Taking time out today to reflect on the last 7 weeks as a newly qualified nurse; the team are amazing and so supportive but I need to start believing in myself and set small goals to improve my self confidence #reflection#selfcare#lifeofanqn
So proud to have graduated with a first class honours degree in nursing. Don’t know what I would have done without these guys by my side #PUNC14#graduation#NQNnurse#plymgrad
