@benmeyerink I do this on the golf course. Between bringing up all of the topics and running to get my ball instead of hopping into my cart to drive to it, I feel like I'm getting dangerously close to being banned 🤣 Maybe I should preserve my spot on the course and start going to a barber.

@simsimmaaz I am a massage therapist, I have a hypervolt, & many friends & colleagues do as well. It is wonderful, great battery life, great wherever you have tension. The "cushion" attachment is great for the head/face/anterior neck where tension hides.

@AgainKathleen To midwesterners it sounds a bit more like Ka-tar. You pull the sounds from your throat in Arabic more than we are used to using in English which is why it is often hard for us to process correct pronunciation and why you are hearing variations from the announcers.

@thekayanova Remember to check in with yourself to be sure it is a nurturing that and healthy for you and them. Sometimes fawning comes out of fear, uncertainty, etc. and will drain you. Love those with the capacity to love you back 💚

@BrandonLBradfor That hospitals who are making huge profits and paying execs millions want people to volunteer. Volunteers want to help people who are sick, which is a lovely sentiment, but they could do that AND get paid.

MAYBE screaming for that particular group of people is repelling the majority of Americans who do not want to deal with racist, bigoted, hatred we so often make the news for in SD🤷‍♀️

@flynanced Watch where someone spends their money as a baseline. It shows what they care about. Then you can evaluate that to see if they uphold the same or better lifestyle and values. Never downgrade your life, it will lead to resentment.

Sitting can cause psoas tension. A great chair and regular psoas release with a simple tool like this should help quite a bit the low back pain.
