@LloydsBank Morning, can anyone let me know the secret of how to speak to an actual person about damage caused to my home that wasn’t my fault? It isn’t a claim, I just want to make my insurer aware. Going around in circles in the app/web and phone 🤦🏻‍♀️

@LloydsBank That’s where I started and couldn’t get through to anyone! Is there an email address I can use? I work full time and haven’t got the time to spend sat working this out - I wouldn’t mind so much if I was put on hold but didn’t even get that far without being told to go online 🤬
