You are misrepresenting Zack's public position here. His tweet concerned the politics of the demonstration, not the specific violent act you cited in your reply to his post. Since he did not argue in favour of breaking an officer's spine, accusing him of agreeing with such violence is logically unsound. Engaging with his actual point on the jail sentences would have been far more constructive and useful.
You want to know his position on the criminal case? Go ahead and ask him instead of deliberately misunderstanding his post.
I wrote to @FCDOGovUK Minister of State, the honourable @HFalconerMP, demanding that the UK Government ban the “Great Israeli Real Estate Event”, scheduled to take place in London on 14 June 2026.
The event promotes the sale of property in Israel’s illegal settlements built on occupied Palestinian land. Such activities constitute flagrant violations of international law and are in direct contradiction of the UK’s own long-standing policy and obligations under UN Security Council Resolution 2334.
The UK must not allow individuals, companies or charities to promote or profit from activities linked to illegal settlements.
Thank you! I didn’t know until a few minutes before air whether Al Carns was going to agree to be interviewed (and whether he’d be in the government or outside). In the last few minutes he’s quit…
I’ve been thinking a lot about the extraordinary outbursts of the President of the United States against female journalists... well, actually against journalists in general and journalism. But it feels like he saves his most childlike behavior and irrational language for female reporters, calling them all kinds of names that kids in kindergarten are given times out for. It’s stunning to me to witness such behavior from any leader, any CEO, any person of influence or importance. I’ve never witnessed someone like this raging, this weekend with @meetthepress host @kwelkernbc, just last week in the Oval Office with @cnn’s @kaitlancollins, calling women stupid or piggy, telling them to “smile”, calling them darling, demeaning their credibility. Every good man should denounce this behavior. Every person should be able to stand up for their colleagues and say “No more.”
Imagine this man screaming like this at your daughter, your wife, your sister, your mother... would you stand for it? No, you wouldn’t! And neither should any of us. It’s unacceptable and undignified. Period. End of story.
A blank space on @HackneyCouncil website where my mugshot used to be! Fortunately I can still publicise my surgery times, though photo below is too offensive to publish. You now need refer to UKLFI media to see what I look like as they are quite happy to show the offensive image.

Veteran news anchor Jon Snow has shared that he’s living with dementia, speaking publicly for the first time to raise awareness of a condition affecting around 1 million people across the UK.
Jon and his wife, neurologist Dr Precious Lunga, are supporting Alzheimer’s Society @alzheimerssoc and shared the story of Jon’s diagnosis in @DailyMail as part of our Defeating Dementia campaign with the newspaper.

We’ve partnered with Jon, in association with @Channel4, on a powerful new documentary airing on 20 June. Jon Snow: A Last Big Story looks at how he’s navigating life with dementia, and how, when we all come together, we can change the story.
Thank you to Jon and Precious for their courage and openness to bring much-needed attention to dementia 💙

Channel 4 News went inside Beheshte Zahra Cemetery, the biggest cemetery in Iran, which is now preparing new graves for the dead.
Bodies continue to arrive at the cemetery, in south Tehran, despite a ceasefire still officially in place during the ongoing war between Iran and the US.
The exact number of military personnel and civilians killed since the outbreak of the war remains unclear.
During the election in Redbridge, the Redbridge Independents used 5Pillars to share their message.
Do the @RedbridgeIndys agree with this post by them?
If so how can we trust them to represent LGBTQ people in Redbridge?
This Pride Month, London stands with our LGBTQI+ communities here and around the world.
I look forward to seeing hundreds of thousands of Londoners and visitors taking to our streets in celebration and solidarity for Pride in London on Saturday, 4 July.
