Constant issues, unreliable performance and the worst customer service experience I have had.
Months of frustration and still no real solutions. I can’t recommend this brand !

Your mower damaged my patio, along with causing several other issues. A representative contacted me on Twitter, but after the initial message, I’ve been ignored for over a month despite repeated follow-ups. Still no resolution. Very very disappointing brand!

Horrible
Constant issues, and one of the many problems was the mower damaging our terrace.
Customer service asked for the video, and finally told us we would not be reimbursed because it was “our fault”, even though we followed the installation guidelines exactly
