However, labelling RATM as a headliner surely implies they are an important act in the show. That’s my case anyway , it’s worth a try.

@Victor_UmBongo @Lambo88 @TicketmasterCS It’s not a case for the 1975 being an inadequate replacement (although they are), it’s that I and many other consumers have entered a legally binding contract to see RATM. Now that we can’t see them, we are entitled to a refund due to a major change in the lineup.

@Lambo88 @TicketmasterCS You have to go through your bank to get a refund now. They are contradicting their own refund policy as apparently RATM pulling out isn’t a “major amendment”. Unfortunately their customer service is a joke and they don’t care about the consumer.

Escalated to bank’s fraud squad as it contradicts their legal policy. Hopefully should get refund in next few days.

Tried to sell the tickets but of course now there’s high supply and low demand so it’d either mean selling them for pennies or fighting for this refund. Escalated to bank so hoping NatWest can help me out

@TicketmasterCS whole situation is sickening from the ticket master team . I paid £260 to see rage against the machine because day tickets were sold out and I’ve had no communication at all from them, just a link to a form. Robbing people, I need this money. It’s a disgrace.
