The suit filed last week alleges that Signature Room owners Roman and Pyknis transferred assets from Infusion Management to another entity, RSR Capital Group, which they later used to pay their personal debts instead of employee claims, leaving the restaurant’s workers unable to collect what they were owed.

“It’s frustrating because I put in my blood, sweat and tears for 17 years at that restaurant, so I think they owe me for my blood, sweat and tears,” P’Pool said.
