👇 Here are the 4 main sleep supplements Andrew Huberman takes for optimal sleep every night...
(Please note this is not medical advice, and before you start taking any supplements please consult your Doctor first)
These 4 easy daily practices will improve your sleep tonight:
- Getting 30 minutes of exposure to sunlight ☀️
- Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day ⏰
- Boost your diet with fruit, veg and whole grains 🍍
- Calm your mind with meditation and visualization 🧘♀️
@brucemillington @MatchdayCPFC Eddy needs 4/5 chances to score, which unfortunately isn’t good enough for a team like Palace who counter-attack. He had a 6/10 game last night (which I think is good for him), but it’s time we invested in a proven Prem striker
Martin Keown right now on TalkSport on Michael Olise…
- He didn’t play Saturday but will now be ready to go (nope, he’s injured)
- He is French but could still play for England Under 21s (nope, he plays for France U21’s already…hence why he’s injured 🤣)
Absolutely clueless.
According to Howard Webb, they have the ability this season to release the audio from VAR conversations after the event to give clarity on the decision making process.
There’s never been a more obvious candidate to start with the non-penalty from last night. I’d love to hear it.
@CPFC_Cosmo @CEO4TAG Steve you must recognize Wardy is not fit as a starting RB in the Premier League anymore? I love the bloke more than most of my family, but it’s time we invested in a replacement surely!?!
@Luke_Seychell@CEO4TAG any reasons we didn’t go in for Aarons again Steve, as have been following him for a few seasons? Seems like we desperately need a quality RB :’(
@MattWoosie Totally agreed Matt. A true servant to the club in more unpredictable times for Palace. However, much like Jedinak when his time was up at the top-level, we need to give him a standing ovation, thank him and say a respectful goodbye and invest heavily over the summer in a new CM
WTF? How pathetically spineless.. I now demand the BBC suspend every presenter who has made public comment about news or current affairs - starting with Sir David Attenborough and Lord Sugar.
Such is the backlash against @BBC that fans may chant in support of @GaryLineker today. BBC’s handling of situation is calamitous. No presenter, pundits, comms (nb world feed), possibly no interviews as players/clubs show solidarity. BBC so scared of No 10 they harm a great show.
@trussliz@Telegraph You putting this article behind a paywall when talking about “removing obstacles” on the day of your announcement as PM is too perfect for words.
