Another tough 28–21 loss Friday night to Oak Hills. Not the result we wanted, but we kept competing and fighting to the end.

There are positives to build on. Our defense created 2 interceptions and held Oak Hills to 58 rushing yards. Still work to do, but every week is another opportunity to learn, improve, and raise the standard.

Grateful for our coaches, @MasonCometsFB, and my teammates who keep pushing every day.

Tough one Friday night. We came up short against Lakota East, 24–20, but I’m proud of the way we competed.

We’re not where we want or need to be yet, but the culture/chemistry is being built and you can feel us continuing to grow as a team.

Grateful for our coaches who keep challenging and developing us, and for my teammates who keep grinding and competing every day.

Every week is another opportunity to learn, improve and raise the standard.

Tough result Friday night, but the final score didn’t fully reflect how hard we competed and how long we battled. We were in the game deep into the 3rd quarter, and every game gives us something to build from.

I’m grateful for our coaches for continuing to challenge, develop, and prepare us, and for my teammates who compete, work, and push each other every day.

Win or lose, there is always something to learn from the film, areas to improve, and another opportunity to get better. The goal is to keep growing, keep competing, and keep raising the standard together.

I love the process, I love competing, and I’m thankful to be part of this team.

Things are really starting to come together for us this season. We picked up another big win last night against Oak Hills, and it’s exciting to see how much progress our team is making.

Even though it’s tough not being out on the field battling with my teammates due to injury, I’m proud of the way we’re growing together. I’m staying locked in on my recovery, starting non-contact practice this week, and putting in extra cardio work to make sure I’m ready the moment I’m cleared, and my number is called again.

Last night, our team earned a hard-fought win against Lakota East. Earlier that afternoon, I had surgery to repair my fractured thumb. While I couldn’t be out there with my teammates, I’m staying positive and focused on recovery, with plans to return to the field in early October. Let’s Go Comets!!!!

I appreciate the support and guidance provided by both my current and former coaches who have helped prepare me for this moment.
