The way match going football fans are treated by the police or any body of authority, in the UK is an absolute disgrace. I can’t properly articulate the anger inside of me this morning, after the latest in a long long line of ‘abuse of power’ I witnessed in the away end yesterday
@jackbfc1995@Ricky_C90 There’s not a massive difference in our home crowds at the minute 😳 we won’t sell out though, we haven’t got 5000 fans who will pay £27 to watch two bottom half teams 🤣 It’s a shame really, 20 years ago the ground would’ve been full on all sides, much prefer it that way!
@___Jam____@robstaton@zuluiain You’re completely missing the point. Im saying it’s normal for clubs to offer more tickets on certain terms - yes. It’s not normal at all to offer more tickets but with the condition that if they don’t sell out then none of them are valid tickets. That’s insanity.
@___Jam____@robstaton@zuluiain Massive difference. Spurs offered Donny another 2000, on the condition they’re paid for up front, then if we don’t sell them all out, WE make the loss not them. It’s not spurs saying if you only sell 1900 you’ve got to tell them they’re not coming anymore. Nowhere near the same.
@drfc_official@SpursOfficial This has felt frustrating. My accounts been used hundreds of times, and tickets were taken out of my basket with 6 minutes still remaining. The tickets were then gone. Luckily I’m off work, but others won’t be. If in person sales are prioritised, communicate that clearly first
