@DPDgroup_news was meant to get my phone delivered 7th. No one pressed my buzzer so was not delivered. Rescheduled for 8th at my pick up shop. It got rescheduled for today and it’s still not there and looks like it hasn’t even left the depot. I just want my phone! Pls help

@DHLexpress love waiting in all mornjng for my delivery and they send me an update saying no one was in for the delivery even though no one had used my intercom. Can’t even find a way to reschedule now 🙃

@Homebase_help the worst service I have ever received. I ordered my tv stand on 7.7.21 with the delivery date 12.7.21 and it still has not been delivered. I have rung up your company 7x and no one can tel me where it is is and I keep on getting the same response. Poor management
