DIAMOND ANNIVERSARY- Today a selection of our students, were fortunate to work alongside Coventry Poet Laureate - John Bernard to craft a special spoken word poem, reflecting on what Blue Coat School means to our students today. This will be used at our rededication service
We are so pleased that our partner gallery Compton Verney, is a finalist for Art Fund Museum of the Year 2025, the UK’s most prestigious museum award. Our partnership this year has allowed many students this year to experience the gallery.

Our students and staff observed a 2 minute silence today on the 80th anniversary of VE Day to reflect upon past and present war and conflict around the world.
On Tuesday we hosted the first @InspireEdTrust primary football festival. The girls from @WalsgraveSchool@WhittleAcademy@FBirdAcademy showed great sportsmanship, determination and commitment. The winners were Walsgrave! We look forward to hosting a boys tournament soon.
Year 7 students from Lewis House recently raised more than £50 for local charity, Carriers of Hope, by holding a cake sale. Following this, twelve of them, accompanied by Mr Stacey and Mrs Holgate, visited Carriers of Hope to present the money raised.
