CONTENT WARNING (Graphic Video)
I apologize for taking a break from my normal content, but this incident needs exposure.
I've played hockey my whole life, I've NEVER seen anything even remotely close to this sick and gruesome.
The attacker Matt Petgrave (player in red, pictured below, left) purposefully kicks the victim Adam Johnson (player in white, pictured below, right) with his skate directly in the throat. Adam unfortunately died from his injuries.
At this point, Petgrave has not been arrested and has yet to face any consequences. Meanwhile the disgusting mainstream press is calling this a "freak accident". I can assure you there is no possible way this was an accident. Your body doesn't move like this on the ice, this was an attempted side kick to the throat that resulted in a man's death. Please share if you are able.
#ProjectAfrica Day 30/31 100.2km
Accidentally consumed 650mg of caffeine today. Closed my eyes on the road this arvo and it felt like I’d been teleported to a deep house basement rave. Off my nut tonight.
Other than that it’s been a steady couple days on the stomp. Body nearly back to 10/10.
Wanted to say how buzzing I am to receive tweets and messages every day about people getting out there moving.
This tapped old game of 1’s & 2’s changed my life and it’s great to see some of you out there pushing it aswell. Running isn’t gonna be for everyone but getting after it in any capacity gets my respect🫡
Power to all of you out there whatever your version of smashing tarmac looks like💪
Alright lads @RequestABet my gambling days are behind me but I fancy one last tickle.
Can I get some odds on me becoming the first person to run the entire length of Africa? Looking to lump. Cheers🫡
#ProjectAfrica Day 19: 61.3km
Back in the game after a particularly rogue couple of days. Feeling a bit whacked tbh but giving it everything I got.
A solid nights sleep will see me right tomorrow.
Facing a deadly choice between running in the aggressive daytime sun or running with the aggressive nighttime African predators. Lively either way.
Apologies to everyone waiting for tonight's YouTube vid. The signal is pulling our pants down so looking like it will be live tomorrow now.
An Athens art gallery owner says she once refused to sell a valuable painting to Marinakis.
Two days later, a group of men stormed the gallery and threw cups of yoghurt over her.

Evangelos Marinakis (Nottingham Forest)
In his native Greece, the portly shipping magnate fought off charges of heroin trafficking and match-fixing.
He was acquitted over intimidating referees after insisting he only visited them before games to "wish them good luck".
