@EAHelp Hiya, my daughter is a keen simmer and is having some issues with the game. When she goes into build and buy, nothing shows up after the update. She has installed the latest versions of any mods and they are working fine and none are conflicting so she is a bit stuck.

1/2 Yesterday, my daughter and I visited the lovely @CRUKLooeshop while on our holiday, when making a purchase, there was a very unpleasant visitor which the lovely volunteer Ann handled with superb professionalism.

Excited to see guidance has been updated for care home visits and would like to organise a visit with my nan, when will we have more news from @SanctuaryCareUK when we can have a face to face visit, Its her 91st birthday this week!! #catonhouse is awaiting on more guidance?

@SanctuaryCareUK 1/2 Thank you for your response. We are patiently waiting on guidance from care home manager who is waiting on next steps from your meeting today. When will you next public update be? Currently only 2 named individuals are able to visit.
