@AmazonHelp I was last advised they would give me £5 goodwill on my account and that they would try and get the item to me by yesterday at 8pm. I knew there was no guarantee of this. It should be here today according to the updates on my account that were added without my consent.
@AmazonHelp Item still not here. I understand the original point was I missed the delivery. I am just sick of going to live chat to be lied by each advisor to try and keep me happy, I prefer an honest response it makes things easier in the long run.
@AmazonHelp I spoke to three advisors on live chat yesterday. 1. I missed a delivery and he Told me my item would be delivered that day (i knew this was unlikely) 2.Told me that my item was not coming and asked if I would like to reschedule. I refused this and he did it anyway on my behalf.
