@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but it glitches in parts. Like at one point during a recording i was watching, it totally skipped to the end of a segment. Its becoming really frustrating to rhe point im on the verge of cancellinf altogether and just using my fire stick full time

@SkyHelpTeam pretty much every single recording has *part recorded: softeware issue* which may only be a few mins here and there but its ruining everything im trying to watch! Please advise if theres anythinf my end that can help or if not, please fix it as it is so frustrating!

@SkyHelpTeam Its been restarted a few times since its been downloaded. So that has not worked unfortunately

@SkyHelpTeam we downloaded the barbie movie on sky store, but it wont play the last 10 mins as says there is a technical fault with this channel.

We tried it several times from it doing it when first downloaded it.

Any advice!?
