BREAKING NEWS: 20-year-old NRL rookie Keith Titmuss is the youngest Australian to be diagnosed with CTE. He started playing rugby at age 5.
Dr. Michael Buckland with the Australian Sports Brain Bank, a member of the CLF Global Brain Bank, says the finding should be a “wake-up call” to parents, and encourage sporting codes to strengthen concussion protocols and reduce contact in training.
We thank the Titmuss family for donating Keith’s brain to advance research and inspire action to #EndCTE.
