Good friends stuck in Dubai with no communication from @emirates

21 hours of being stuck in #DubaiAirport. @emirates officials are not providing proper updates or responses, nor putting the exhausted passengers in some accommodation to rest till their flights are confirmed. Such chaotic management by #Emirates will be a forever lesson.

@IrelandEmbUAE We were suppose to fly with @emirates on flight EK163 at 15.15pm yesterday. Our flight has been cancelled and we have been unable to contact @emirates to be rescheduled onto a flight and have been left with no answers. Can you help?

@EmiratesSupport Get sent 2 hours on a bus to a hotel for the night, hotel is fully booked so get sent back to the airport. Can it get any worse?! Yes, your bus breaks down on the middle of the motorway
