@GetUpStandUpLDN was so looking forward to this yesterday and unfortunately my partner was rushed into hospital, so we couldn’t attend .. I wanted to exchange my tickets and have been flatly refused.. he couldn’t help that he was ill .. totally gutted!

@nickandstitch @FirstPortHelp They charge so much in service charges but their customer service is shocking.
7 months later and I am still waiting on them to send documentation to my solicitor so I can sell my property to my tenants.. how hard can this be!!!
