Your customer care and delivery executives are bunch of liars and cheaters. This order was supposed to be delivered on 26th July as i am prime customer.

Secondly i escalated this to your escalations team yesterday and they had committed me delivery today that is 28th July, 2023. However even today no delivery executive is assigned. When i called your fucking escalation team they mentioned even today they are not sure they will be
