Thank you #O2 your CSD don’t answer a phone-when they - can’t help; your store staff aren’t allowed to do admin, your website & app don’t advise what’s wrong - so my many attempts have now locked me out of my account & I have to go to store to sort?! They can’t do admin!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

The phone saga continues. O2 store can’t open bc of a fire alarm. Turns out they also can’t do any account admin in store!! So waited for nought. Called O2 4 times, each time cut off, 2 staff giving conflicting information. Maybe time to switch network… 🤔

Up bright n early to visit the O2 store to sort out a shiny new phone.. gone 9am.. no sign of the store opening. Wouldn’t mind if their CSD chat bot had been helpful yesterday .. but he wasn’t. 🙄

#evridelivery strikes again; 2 parcels to the same (business) add in the same week - your driver doesn’t know where he is/ what he’s doing. Can’t complain as “chat” doesn’t deviate from tracking number, or a proper update. You changed your name but your rep as Hermes lives on.

@nationaltrust I’ve tried every week to book; even at the crack of dawn, unable to book. Spent ages going thru each timeslot! You need a system that shows only the avail times or maybe if someone’s already been, don’t allow them to book again for a period of time to give others a chance!
