Multiple distance options
MLC at 9am full loop 21.78k
Hubbards Hills 9.10am=15.75k
Hubbards Hills rear car park 9.15am=14k
Or opt for the chalk track shortcut option 5.75k

Reminder that the next aquathlon is this Saturday (9th Feb), starting at 7:30am
Members £2, non-member £3.
Normal swimming is on as usual.

Tonight's run session will be some nice hill reps (not all up hill) around Tudor Drive and Seymour Avenue.
Leaving MLC at the earlier time of 6:20pm or meeting at the top end of Tudor at 6.30pm as we need to be prompt for those committee members going on to the monthly meeting.

LTC Saturday run session is going to be an out and back down the canal - leaving MLC at the usual time of 9am. If the ground is icy, we can always drive down and start on the off-road.

Great nights running with LTC Tuesday run session. Warm up from the Merdian Leisure Center to Fairfield Industrial Estate for a session of max efforts - 1.5 mile max followed by 1 mile max followed by 1/2 mile max and finished off with a cool down back to MLC
