Two BT employees inspecting a pole in my neighbours garden from my drive today. I’ve allowed them unlimited goodwill access for weeks now to inspect two poles in respective neighbours gardens which are awkwardly sited. ‘What’s happening’ I ask….cocky female BT employee ‘and who are you’…..She now knows😁But her attitude and tone stank, and all goodwill and access is now withdrawn😎
