Why has the Bupa @BupaUK
site been showing this message for the past 2 years as my physio wants to register but cant!!! "We’re temporarily closed to new applications for Bupa recognition. Please check back for further updates as they will be published here."

BT are causing me so much stress at the moment all because my new house number does not appear in their address file even though Royal Mail have updated their PAF file. That means when you put the post code into postcode finder my house number now appears but not in BT file!!

@bt_uk because BT haven't updated their address file to show my new house number I can't transfer my current BT package. Been without broadband for 4 weeks now. Surely this is not a difficult solution. So disappointing - maybe another provider?????

@RoyalMailHelp Why does it take so long to register a new address. Until the postcode finder is updated it's impossible to change your address in all sorts of important facilities like credit cards. I am really cross & frustrated by this sorry service!!!

@WeAreOpenreach and such an appalling service. After 3 weeks still waiting for a connection date in new house. Practically no communication save there is a backlog - then fix it!!!

Moved into new Barrett home 24th June - still no internet connection although BT said it was imminent. Appalling!!
