I've had a horrible past couple of days and its been a massive struggle. Yesterday i went to a pub and brought a drink. I've been sober for for months now and yesterday all i wanted was to have a drink. I sat in the pub for an hour just looking at my drink then i got up and left

I've started new medication so I'm getting used to that but I'm good.

I go for a run every morning for an hour but todays run turned into 2 hours and it was honestly so amazing, i just got to take in my surroundings
