Last week LOVE, NILS donated 2,000 masks to NUH.
Professor Allen, Head of Paediatric Oncology, said “This is the largest stock we’ve received. I was scratching my hair about how to get enough [masks]. Thanks to LOVE, NILS, I still have some hair left!”
Since we had to cancel our Annual Toy Drive this year, we are working on arranging smaller toy drops twice monthly to make sure our kids get the gifts you all have so lovingly donated.

We think every day is Women’s Day, but today we want to give a special shout out to the Super Woman behind the scenes, our Founder and Executive Director, Lesli Berggren.
When we asked Lesli what empowers her, she said: “Getting to yes when we have been told no."
International Women’s Day is tomorrow!
We asked our Program Director Melinda what empowers her: "What empowers me is that a single thought grows over time into the empowering habit of thinking big. BIG thinkers love BIG problems and quickly turn them into BIG opportunities."
Meet Olivia, our PR superstar! When asked what empowers her, she said: “Positivity empowers me most, because having a happy outlook on life can help you see the light in any situation and continue to move forward and thrive in the face of adversity."

We asked Jodi what empowers her, and she said "Working with a shared passion toward a collective vision, and overcoming obstacles along the way—the synergy that comes from the creation of solutions for a collective vision."
Introducing another powerful woman on our team- Meet Debra!
We asked Deb what empowers her: “Empowerment is an environment of honesty, tolerance and respect at all levels of an organisation. Nothing is more exhilarating than a team working together with shared goals!"

One year of guidance for LOVE, NILS by Talent Trust. They enabled us to grow from a 1.5 staff to a dynamic team of 12! We could not have done this with out their support. Thank you Talent Trust for your talent!
Getting ready for our 5th annual Toy Drive: a pop-up in-hospital marketplace for our LOVE, NILS patients. This lot of amazing new toys were just delivered to us today from a LOVE, NILS child cancer family who wanted to give back.
