@Lenovo It's also not possible to enter safe mode as after a crash the computer won't reboot. So the computer has crashed, but now I have a black screen no windows booting even though the power button suggests it should be on

@Lenovo I originally got told to go back to windows 10, I've done that but the computer just freezes then a black screen. Won't reboot immediately and often have to press power button a few times. Sometimes sounds like it is taking off too
