@BitLifeApp It’s now been over 2 months since I lost my bitizenship and emailed for help. Still no fix and no response. iPhone 7. It was billed as no ads but it was advertised as becoming a bitizen, all future content included, get it while it’s cheap because the price will go up

@Nekolalia_AU @BitLifeApp If you have iOS open App Store, tap the little blue person in the top right, tap your name, scroll down to purchase history, tap purchase history, tap date range, pick the year you got it and month if you know or all if you don’t know the month.
