@CheckersSA really frustrated with your Sixty60 service. No order - which was meant to arrive at 13:30 and no feedback to say there is a delay. When I called I was told there’s a delay. Unsure of how long, that’s absolute bullshit!

@WOOLWORTHS_SA can learn a thing or 2 from other retailers regarding their CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE RECOVERY. This has been one of the most shocking customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. Utterly disappointed!
How many times must I call and mail @WOOLWORTHS_SA until someone can either tell me where my order is or why the fuck it hasn’t been cancelled and refunded. You don’t respond to mails, every agent promises to provide me with feedback and not 1 of them has called me back!
