@FlyFrontier and doesn’t have a customer support number is a joke in itself. The flights aren’t even significantly cheaper than other airlines that treat their guest with way more respect smh

The crazy part is there’s no customer service phone number she couldn’t even speak with someone immediately to report the flight attendant. The fact that @FlyFrontier charges for 1 carry on, charges $20 to speak with attendant at an airport, charges 3.79 for beverages and

@FlyFrontier never I’m my life have I ever seen a customer treated the way your flight attendant on flight 1515 leaving Miami on 5/7 treated this young lady… the fact that she was put off the plane because she told a flight attendant they had “horrible customer service”.

The flight attendant continued to board zones 2-4 as this customer was zone 1 and then woke the customer up to have her removed from the plane. For being “ belligerent” but didn’t place her on the no fly list
