Disgusted, sad, disappointed is how @QVC left us.Having no control over a package that never left your warehouse is ridiculous. Package was promised by you BEFORE CHRISTMAS. QVC social team asking us to contact them, then literally nothing in response just adds salt to the wound!

@QVC what was the point in having us email #qvcsocialteam at 10AM EST? Got the email to you with the info you requested at 10:13. Almost 7 precious hours have passed and we've heard literally NOTHING since! Just leaves us more angry and upset about this whole experience.

CSR told me that customer she helped immediately before me has the exact same problem with exact item. Maybe @QVC should send some help over to their electronics and overnight what's there so children can have a happy Christmas!

@QVC 1st mistake-believing X-Box ordered 15th arrives before Xmas. 2nd mistake-believing CS when they said "Ignore delivery of 26th on confirmation." PROMISED arrival before 25th! Item sitting in warehouse since 20th - "Nothing QVC can do." Xmas morning ruined for 11 y/o girl!

An awfully big purchase for @QVC to have "No control over" and to put your CSRs in the position of relaying that chunk of great news is disgusting! How is there no communication between Corporate and its warehouses in the year 2020?! I'm sick over this - and nothing I can do!

But I did received the PS4 service plan @Target sold me. So great I have a service plan on an item I do not own. I'm out $40 for 5-7 business days on this as well?

@Target also cancelled a separate order for winter boots for my daughter - only they were in stock! And since we're getting a foot of snow today, I had to re-purchase them, putting me out another $40 as I have to wait 5-7 days to get $ back due to your mistake. Just disgusting!
