@TicketmasterCS My phone's system is up to date and with thousands of negative reviews, I would respectfully ask if as a company you could look into this please? You can't push users to this for tickets and then not provide a decent system to access

@TicketmasterUK My tickets for IoW are on 'your app' which has a 1.8 out of 5 rating...chose not to judge & download, yet despite using 4g over WiFi, emptying cache & all that, all I have is blue wheel. How can you give no alternative for ticket access when your app is this bad?
