Christian, we are called to be humble servants and loving neighbors; in so being, we imitate Christ and make Him known-- not just in word, but (primarily) in deed-- for He came serving and loving people and sends us out to do likewise!
Some of the fiercest discipleship working on Christians is the ever-present visibility of the two party political system, pitted against each other, Us vs. Them, characterizing others in the worst possible ways.
So many are taking their cues for how to engage from this example.
