It’s cold! Thanks to our volunteers for serving at the Kitchen today, AND bringing 30 hot meals to the #Loveland Resource Center. Limiting exposure is important in temperatures like this, and we’re grateful to be able to help in this way.

Huge thanks to our breakfast volunteers who were at the Kitchen by 6:30 this morning in order to get things ready for those we serve. Because of them, 15 people had something hot to drink & a nutritious breakfast to give them energy for their day. 🙌

Less meals were served today because of the weather, but 50 meals were served at the Loveland Resource Center and 76 were served at the #CommunityKitchen.

Bringing the total number of meals served this year to 100,077!

Today’s the day the #CommunityKitchen surpasses 100,000 meals! Check back later for our final tally as we Countdown to 100,000 together! While it saddens us that many are struggling with food security, we are grateful to be able to help meet this need in our community.

We’re OPEN our usual hours today.

So far, 6 people are enjoying breakfast inside.

Hours today:
Breakfast: 7-8:30am
Dinner: 5-6:30pm

We are also providing meals at the Loveland Resource Center (LRC) so guests do not have to leave the safety of shelter. Please stay safe today.

It was a full house tonight as our volunteers served people food and provided information about the importance of seeking shelter with the dangerous temperatures and how to do that at the Loveland Resource Center.

99,951 meals served. Tomorrow, we will serve our 100,000th meal!
