@Hertz recently, my son booked a car with you in HNL and was charged a few hundred dollars extra for being under 25. We followed the military booking procedure and his appropriate age was checked. Why? The only thing the counter person said was it’s in the terms and conditions

There was no getting by this so he just paid. There were other car rental companies that also waive the under 25 fee if you’re military but we chose @Hertz because you had better pricing and he had status with his credit card status. Please tell me why you would do this to
