@PlushCare My mother tried contacting your nurses on Friday about the xray and next steps. Rather than being proactive and tracking down the results, they just said we had to wait. This isn’t a broken bone we’re talking about - this is serious and now potentially life threatening
@PlushCare@jmatthewMD@RyanMcQuaid Status update on my mother. She has double pneumonia, both bacteria and viral, as well as Covid. We could have known this on Thursday. But thanks to your doctor, her condition is much worse than it should have been.
@PlushCare@jmatthewMD@RyanMcQuaid My mother is now in the hospital. She could have been there over 48 hours sooner if your medical professionals had a sense of urgency and follow-up, or even common sense to see she needed to be admitted at time of appt. This was preventable.
@PlushCare I am deeply disturbed by the complete lack of urgency given to someone who was clearly incredibly ill. Her life is at stake now. There are many factors here, but the lack of urgency from your providers are at the top of the list. Beyond disturbing.
@RyanMcQuaid I would love to have a 1:1 chat with you about this rather than blow up your Twitter. But your company doesn’t have a formal feedback mechanism. 🤔
@PlushCare If you cared about my mother and her well being, the doctor who listened to all of her Covid and pneumonia symptoms should have been following up for the results of that X-ray.
@PlushCare Do you actually care about your patients? My mother is incredibly ill and was seen early Thursday by one of your doctors who sent her for an urgent chest xray. Guess what? It’s over 48 hours later, no results, no contact from the doctor, and no action from this office.
