Grenada will be playing Northampton at the end of the month and it would be really great to support Grenada whilst they are here. It's free entry, and there'll be food and steel band as well ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ฌ๐ฉ

Just spoke to @Grifster96 on @BBCNorthampton about the impact of alopecia as a woman living with the condition and society's attitude towards it. Glad to be part of the conversation. Alopecia is not a joke. Raising awareness is essential ๐ @AprilsDawnLive #LovingAlopecia
Alopecia is back trending in light of the Oscars last night. I was asked to do two radio interviews today to talk about the impact of Alopecia, an autoimmune condition that affects millions of people.
Thanks BBC Berkshire @BBCBerkshire and BBC 5 Live @bbc5live for the invite ๐
Alopecia can throw up all sorts of feelings that can be difficult to manage. This is a reminder, that your feelings are valid. It is esp. tough when we feel guilty for feeling low about our hair loss.
Know that feelings can change over time. Get in touch if you need support ๐
