I went over this situation with my therapist and psychiatrist and they explained to me that this situation was in fact, unnecessary harassment and an overreaction.

Yes, I pushed people's boundaries before (and I'm genuinely sorry, I didn't intend to. I was never told until now), I've been putting an effort into trying to get better. I can't get better if nobody tells me when I'm pushing boundaries.
