If Epic Games wanted to, they could toggle on/off the Crown Sprite leveling up in Bot Lobbies, but as of right now it's disabled.

The Crown Sprite doesn't have any special perk, the main reason for using it would be for the Variant buff. (Gold, Cheat Master, ETC)
