@HP Manufactures and sells office-grade printers that they know are only expected to have a 5 year service life. Horrible service and care for a company that claims to be environmentally friendly. I have purchased my last HP product after patronizing them for 30 years.

Purchased a box of 2 two black ink 952 cartidges for my printer. When I insert them, I get a message saying that the cartridges are older and not supported by this printer (OfficeJet Pro 8710). Walmart refuses to take them back bc the box is open. What do I do?
