Brilliant early day motion proposed by Newtownards MP Jim Shannon @JimShannonMP: “This House remembers the heroic endeavours of Blair Mayne and believes that he should be acknowledged by the award of a posthumous Victoria Cross, notes that Blair ‘Paddy’ Mayne was a native of Newtownards in the constituency of Strangford and was a legendary member and officer of the Special Air Service, highlights that he served with considerable valour and distinction throughout the Second World War and will always be remembered for his efforts and underlines that his legacy shall never be forgotten and that he should no longer be denied the honour of the Victoria Cross for his sensational contribution to the Special Services throughout the war.” Spread the word far and wide, folks, if you agree.

@officialcalor I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. Yesterday I was told it was on its way, it never turned up. Tried calling calor at 4 pm only to find out the telephones were turned off. I’m about to run out. My hospitality business is going to suffer because of you!!

Really disappointed @officialcalor that @HorseandGroom3 have been let down for the second time in a month - run out of gas - 40 disappointed guests had no food. Why can’t you get your act together and auto replenish - or even answer the phone?

@JohnAyton @officialcalor @HorseandGroom3 Been waiting for delivery for over 3 weeks, tank showing 1%. @officialcalor promised delivery yesterday but didn’t show. @officialcalor told me to tell our guests not to turn the heating on!! At 4pm yesterday calor turned their phones off!!
