The past 3 weeks has been inspiring.
We started off @colosseum as a privacy solution on solana dependent on CSPL, and then pivoted to an architecture that works today.
It has been a lot of iterating, hard conversations, and research to pivot the project toward a gap in the market we realized.
Today, I’m proud of my co-founders and commend their hard-work in shipping the first part of our protocol to Devnet - The confidential execution engine.
After joking and playing around earlier with test sols earlier today😂, we are back to shipping. Until we make it possible for institutions to comfortably settle on-chain while fulfilling all operational compliance responsibilities, WE WILL NOT REST.

The native confidential settlement engine on @solana is off.
The Zk proof programs are disabled. CSPL is temporarily down pending the completion of the audit. 🔐
This is a temporary wall, but we are not waiting! We have pivoted into a two-phase confidential settlement architecture.
> Phase 1: A confidential settlement flow that is trust-less, compliant, and frictionless ( instant delivery to recipients wallets ), all powered by @Arcium’s MPC for encrypted accounting and execution.
> Phase2: The moment CSPL is live, we plug it in the protocol (designed for plug and play). Same architecture. Same product flow. Upgraded confidential primitive. Enhanced native-amount anonymity.
Our vision is intact. However, we are shipping what is usable today for the Solana community, and feasible for deployment for @colosseum.
The architecture shows Lowkie’s roadmap of upgrading from amount obsfucation, to native, token-level amount confidentiality, the moment CSPL comes live.
@Visa is settling on @solana.
@WesternUnion is on Solana.
@PayPal 's PYUSD is on Solana.
And every one of the settlement transactions will be on-chain and permanently public.
Institution must consider confidential settlement layers that prevent the leakage of business intelligence.
This is a gap, and we will fill it with @Lowkie_protocol.
