recently i heard 4 SpaceX Starships have blown up.

blowing up and being blown up are different states.

SpaceX performs iterative testing and will chose to blow up a Starship if the flight circumstances merit it.

OTOH a few days ago a Starship did blow up on its launchpad apparently because of a methane leak.
