Why does anyone use @UPS. This is the second time in 2 weeks I have been ripped off by them. $30 charge for a signature I didn’t ask for. How do you charge me 15% HST from PEI when I am in Alberta. Bad enough I have been waiting nearly a week for a call about my last shipment.

@UPS can you explain how you lose a box in 30 minutes. The box was scanned 10 minutes from my house but you have no customer service so I can’t go get it and you can’t find it to deliver. Open an investigation and you just close it in 2 days. Thanks for the effort

@HyundaiCanada Hey I was just curious if it’s standard practice for your dealerships to add 80% over sticker price? Was pretty disappointed this weekend when I went to buy a car and they gave me a price 80% higher. Not really a good job practice. Definitely lost a customer here
