@HandnHandAU Leaning towards 2, but not in red which is associated with danger. Blues and greens would feel safer hence are often used in health. Option 3 is pretty cool but the black reminded me of the angel of death (sorry grim I know). Also people looked binary rather than diverse.

When leaders create 3 key conditions they get better outcomes from people. 1) Autonomy: do not micro-manage or enforce bureaucratic rules 2) Competency: give positive feedback 3) Relatedness: build teams with a sense of belonging https://t.co/RArQVmfN15 Via @CQ_Net@anafabrega11
Friendship depends on trust and trust depends on having a strong sense of concern for the welfare of others. Be honest, truthful and warm-hearted. Make compassion the basis of your determination. Think of what the future can be, not what happened in the past.
“It’s not about you being too sensitive, it’s about the behaviour being inappropriate and unacceptable.” - @LowyHelen you said that perfectly. #NAPSACongress@AusPharmSupport
Bullying is never acceptable. Address it early. If possible address it directly. Empower yourself - seek help and support as needed. @LowyHelen#napsacongress#napsacongress
Many of the calls @AusPharmSupport receive regarding #Bullying are from Interns. At #NAPSACongress we are all either interns currently or will be in the next 1-3 years. We need to speak up and help one another. We are ECP’s and we are a #Team! @LowyHelen
Connecting with the community is a great way to build resilience! What better way to learn that, than to work in Community Pharmacy! @LowyHelen@PSA_National#NAPSACongress
