@Grubhub I want to apologize. I was working with a wonderful customer care person named … I think Jay Ric? Literally 30 seconds a wonderful interaction and receiving a refund … our order showed up. My sense of guilt is deep. If you reverse the credit (DM me) it’s valid.
Anyone able to help out @virginmedia and their horrid customer service? My daughter took a day off work to try to clear her credit history. I tried public shaming and a week of DMs. Nothing. I’m amping up the public shaming. MY DAUGHTER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TAKE PTO AND CRY.
Okay, @virginmedia. I now realize that many of my tweets are hidden. I didn’t know twitter did that now. But MY DAUGHTER IS STILL BEING TOSSED OVER BY YOU, despite the tear-filled called and our DMs with scripted platitudes.
MAKE THIS RIGHT.
@virginmedia I am six hours behind. This one thing is the ONLY thing thing keeping first time home buyers from getting a house. They’ve been working tirelessly for months. They’re amazing young professionals. This is the ONLY blight, on an expat. This is ridiculous.
@virginmedia Hey, y’all. My daughter and her husband are trying to buy a house near London. My husband and I are jumping through stupid hoops from the US to help them. The hold up? Her UK credit score is tanked because you aren’t acknowledging a payment she MADE. Help???
@virginmedia I can’t do more than I have as a mom. My daughter can’t do more than she can as a former customer without social media. This is incredibly awful.
@virginmedia Okay, so the DM exchanges have gotten nowhere. I have repeatedly stated my daughter does not have social media. In DMs I gave her name and current address, and a screen shot where my daughter said she cried to customer support and got a response that said they’d “try.”
@virginmedia DM me. I’ll give you her bake and phone number. She’s contacted everyone she can think of. No one will send her the danger letter so she can clear security. She’s been trying for weeks. They’re going to lose the house.
@virginmedia I keep checking back on the off chance you’ll reply with any chance of helping. My daughter is almost out of time. She’s been on the phone with your reps constantly, with all kinds of proof and no joy. I tried social media as a Hail Mary.
@virginmedia Okay. My daughter may have found a workaround with the credit agency. Since the letter from Virgin Media never arrived so she could resolve it another way. Hopefully the mortgage broker and the bank agree.
@virginmedia DM me with an email address and I can connect you. This has been awful for them.
I’m six hours behind. And she does not have twitter, so she can’t respond. But I can join up relevant email accounts. I’m just a mom 4,000 miles away not wanting them to lose a house over this.
@virginmedia Re-upping this. She can’t clear security without the letter, and the letter doesn’t come. I checked and she’s tried the communications channels you sent me several times. Is there anything else you can offer? She doesn’t have a twitter account.
@virginmedia She’s contacted your folks many times and provided proof of payment. Apparently all she needs is a letter acknowledging the error and she can get her credit score raised. But it’s been weeks. She even took a day off work to do nothing but try to get this resolved.
Well over a year since my last tweet. My husband, children, friends, lots of others, and God are amazing. The world at large? It cannot comment. We have all of the world’s information at our fingertips. We use it to become all the more stupid. Going back into hiatus,
@Grubhub_Care
Hi! After I submitted one issue with our family order, we found another. But I can’t add another issue to the same order. My daughters was obvious on sight (pablano, not enchilada). Mine wasn’t (wrong kind of of enchilada). Anything I can do?
