And this is what your supposed to do is book the free carers room in advance with customer relations. I recommend you contact them about this

@MummyEst2014 @premierinn We are a family and our son is disabled. We can stay the four of us in a non-accessible room but can’t all stay in an accessible room together, which means we have to split and stay separately - and pay for the privilege.

It needs to change. It’s discrimination.
